We are a family owned appraisal company that my dad, Butch Redmile, started in 1993, after Barnett Bank disbanded. He maxed out a credit card, opened a store-front, and the rest, as they say, is history.
Our family business has expanded to give quality service to Hernando, Pasco, and Citrus County. We provide residential real estate appraisals for banks and lending institutes, estates, tax purposes, divorce, private appraisals for PR, and more.
JIM REDMILE
A graduate of Newberry College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, Jim is the President of Jim Redmile Appraisals, Inc., but it doesn't mean he's the boss (see pretty girl next door).
DANIELLE REDMILE
Danielle is Jim's better half and the administrator of the two. She's highly organized, efficient and the brains of the organization. She handles Jim's scheduling and business side of the company.
